The directors constantly review the portfolio to maximise value and potential. Significant funds are invested annually on repairs and improvements to maintain the properties to a high standard.

Funding

The Group has long established relationships with a number of banks and has historically preferred conservative levels of gearing, taking a long-term view of property values.

Joint Venture Partnerships

The Group has entered into a variety of successful joint venture partnerships and will consider similar relationships with experienced property specialists or companies looking to generate maximum investment returns on their own portfolios.

Corporate Deals

We have experience of corporate acquisitions. We will also consider proposals from shareholders with minority shareholdings looking for an exit route.
